Back To Basics Bundle

Sale Price:$25.00 Original Price:$50.00

This bundle includes:

  1. Task Cards (M): Print and laminate these cards and then have them in a basket on the shelf for students who might need some guidance in choosing work.

  2. Montessori Materials Riddles (L): Print onto cardstock and laminate for extended use. Read the riddle to the child and have them name or find the Montessori material. Ten riddles included.

  3. Silhouette Scavenger Hunt (M): Print onto cardstock and laminate. Hang the large pictures around the room and use the student sheets to find and check off the matching silhouettes.

  4. Initial Sound Coins (L): I recommend purchasing 1.5” wooden “coins” for this work. I bought mine on Amazon. Print the picture and letter circles onto standard computer paper and the documentation sheet onto cardstock. Cut out the circles and using Mod Podge (or similar clear drying glue) attach the pictures and their corresponding letter to the coins. Laminate the documentation sheet. To present this work, have the coins in a bag/basket. The child chooses a coin, says the name of the object, determines the first sound, and places it onto the documentation sheet. There is control of error because the other side of the coin has the letter.

  5. Phonetic Bingo (L): Print onto cardstock and laminate the four game boards and word cards. You will need to pair with a collection of small items (ie. pebbles, gems) to mark the objects as the words are called out. A reader will read the cards and the players will mark the objects on their boards. Play until all of the objects have been covered.

  6. Number Booklet (M): Print and have available with scissors, a pencil, and a small stapler.

  7. “I Had a Rooster” Song Prompts (L): Print onto cardstock, laminate, and cut. You can mount the animals onto popsicle sticks. If you don’t know the song, you can learn it from Leah on her IG

(@bluebirdmontessori) or You Tube (Bluebird Montessori)

  8. Bingo Dot Patterns (M): Print and laminate these cards. Present with Bingo daubers and paper strips. Children copy the patterns.

  9. Vehicle Papercraft (L): There are a few different ways to prep this activity. You can print onto cardstock and have available with scissors, crayons, and glue. Alternatively, you can use paper fasteners to attach the wheels. Or you can print onto colored construction paper and have as a pin-poking work.

  10. Get Ready Visual Prompts (M): This is customizable for your needs for getting ready to go home or getting ready for school. Choose and hang a sequence of tasks to help children with these sometimes tricky transitions.

  11. Hand Washing Sequence (M): Print, laminate, and hang these sequence cards “Your child needs” Send this home with the items circled that are needed.

Note: Please use these materials in your classrooms and homes but send your friends our way to purchase their own. We work hard to create beautiful handmade materials which help support our families.
