Bird Pin Poking

This is a 3 page file to add to your bird unit. It contains a page with four birds, a page with three feathers, and a page with two masks. I suggest printing the birds and feathers on a variety of colors of construction paper to have available on your language shelf with pinpricking supplies.

Print the masks on cardstock and provide the children with supplies to decorate. Consider reading Firebird by Misty Copeland and listening/dancing to “The Firebird” by Igor Stravinsky.
